REFUND POLICY
This is a Customized Build to Order Workshop
There are NO REFUNDS on custom creations, furniture, enclosures, or any accessories orders after construction of a project has began. Any Fees Incurred by the processing companies will be deducted from ANY REFUNDS given prior to ordering parts and or construction. If there is an issue with your order for any reason, contact me via Facebook messenger or email to resolve the issue.

ALL chargebacks will be disputed and expenses incurred will be charged to the customer, and pursued via legal action.

You accept these terms by default when placing an order on our website or via any other means of monetary transaction.

We are not here to Deal unfairly with Customers, this is for both of our understandings and protection.

ALL MONETARY REFUNDS OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON THAT IS NOT THE DIRECT FAULT OF YUGO'S CUSTOM CRAFTS WILL FORFEIT 50%-75% of the amount processed FOR restocking and processing fees.
RETURNS POLICY
There are NO returns for refunds, Once a project is created paid for and sent out, that project is finished, Should an order be damaged in transit, that will be handled by the insurance process through the shipping carrier. ALL ITEMS SHIPPED WILL BE INSURED. If the project is only partially damaged these specific parts can be re-sent separately once the insurance process is completed.

IF ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM THE PACKING LIST (for ready to assemble projects), you must contact me THE SAME DAY AS RECIEVEING THE SHIPMENT. IF There was failure on our end to include a part that was described to be included with your order, we will ship it to you free of charge.

I advise recording yourself opening the box and checking through the Included parts for both of our protection and to avoid fraudulent claims, if there are any discrepancies with the packaging of your order.

Contact anytime afterwards will come at the expense charged to the Client for parts and shipping.

If NO contact regarding the project is made within 5 calendar days of receipt, you agree that everything is as promised and waive your right to dispute any charges or quality associated with your order.

The processed payment to shipping date will vary depending on the project and customizations requested.
Current estimated shipping time frames are between 1-8 weeks depending on material availability and requirements as well as first come AND paid first served rules. (subject to updates as things change)
